All bookings (except long weekends) will be invoiced approximately 3-4 days prior to your arrival. Payment will need to be made within 48 hours of your arrival and once payment is received it is non refundable.
Long Weekends/School holidays. Non refundable. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Once full payment is made no refunds will be given**
- If you wish to reduce your number of nights booked after the commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or transfer.
- We do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18 years of age. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation where this condition is not met.
- We do not refund due to change of mind, early departure, inclement weather, rain, heat etc.
- Refunds for exceptional circumstances are up to discretion of management, these must all be in writing.
