To make everyone’s stay at Percy’s Place Caravan Park enjoyable please adhere to the following Park Rules:

  • Check in: After 11am (earlier check in times may be available upon request and if site available)
  • Check out: 10am (can pay for late check out) You must specify a late check out.
  • Please advise prior to check in if PM check out is needed as sites are rebooked from 10.30am
  • Late check outs are available for $10 per adult & $5 per child


  • Riverfront site day only Check in: After 10.30am (earlier check in times may be available upon request)
  • Check out: 8pm


  • Arrangements will need to be made prior if you will be arriving after 5pm
  • Payment will need to be made over the phone & boom gate code issued


  • All sites can have day visitors
  • All visitors must report to the office on arrival
  • Fees for day entry for river are $10 per adult and $5 per child
  • Fees for day entry for powered sites are $5 per adult and $2.50 per child


  • Speed limit is strictly 10km. WALKING PACE, NO DUST
  • All drivers must be licenced, unregistered vehicles are not permitted. NO EXCEPTION
  • Riding in the back of utes, boats and trailers being towed is prohibited
  • NO vehicles are to be driven down on to river
  • Drive on roads provided NOT OVER GRASSED SITES


  • Riding is not permitted on the roads near the amenities and office
  • Helmets meeting Australian Standard (AS/NZ 2063:2008) and appropriate safety gear must always be worn
  • Children under 12 must be always supervised


  • Generators are permitted on riverfront sites only, must be off by 9pm and not on before 8am


  • Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times and noise must cease by 10pm
  • Offensive language or behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the park
    Please be respectful of fellow guests and our neighbours


  • Children must always be supervised including whilst using the amenities
  • Respect all flora and fauna
  • Stay on roads provided
  • Stay within your designated site (cars, ropes, tents etc)
  • No weapons of any kind (guns, bows, hunting knives etc)
  • No Bucks/Hens Party’s
  • NO Slip n Slides to be set up into the river
  • No Fireworks
  • Maximum 2 vessels per river site


  • We are pet friendly if your pet is friendly, they must always stay on a lead
  • Pet droppings are to be picked up immediately
  • Dogs are not permitted to be left on site if you are not here, either in the van or outside the van
  • Dogs are not permitted in the camp kitchen or amenities at any time
  • We are very committed to having a dog friendly park, anyone found to be leaving dog droppings on the grounds or dog off leads will be asked to leave the park. No refund will be given
  • Not all guests like pets, your cooperation is much appreciated
  • If you cannot adhere to these rules, then please don’t bring your pet


  • Fires are permitted (subject to RFS conditions) in park approved fire drums on caravan and camping sites only
  • No open fires at any time (not in drum)
  • Fires are always to be kept small
  • Fires must always be under watch
  • Fire drums must not be placed within 5 metres of a caravan or tent
  • Wood must not protrude above the top of the drums or protrude out from the fire drum
  • Only packaged firewood is permitted (NO PALLETS etc), packaged firewood is available from the office between 9am – 5pm. Bulk firewood is available during peak periods
  • Chainsaws are NOT to be operated within the park at any time
  • Please do not place cans or bottles within your fire drum
  • Upon departure please leave the fire drum on your site and the groundsman will collect it for you
  • DO NOT dump remaining ash on site as this will incur a $50 fine
  • Failure to adhere to these fire rules may result in Management removing your fire privileges
